A former Royal Ballet dancer and dance teacher, who left the dance world in 1998, In 2007 I realised I was out of shape and missed dancing.
After 9 months of hard work I finally achieved my desired fitness levels back and I started my first fitness class based on the ballet technique.
Towards the end of 2011 I started helping other ladies start up their own ballet based fitness classes and build their own businesses.
In 2015 Ballet Be Fit was born.
The business grew from there and over the last 5 years of taking classes and helping women, I discovered that mindset played an important part on how successful someone was as a Ballet Be Fit Instructor, as well as using certain marketing and business strategies.
